All board members are volunteers, some of whom have served for many years in one capacity or another. Job titles and duties are very flexible, and there is a great deal of cross-over among board members with each doing whatever is required to get the job done.
Board members come up for re-election every three years. Ballots are included in the Annual Report package mailed to all residents each October. All Shadowwoods residents are welcome as potential Board members. Those interested in serving should contact a Board member concerning participation.

Conducts Board meetings, prepares meeting agendas, letters to residents and compiles annual report to residents. Currently has responsibility for oversight of deed restriction policies as applied in the subdivision.
Negotiates and oversees common area mainenance contract and other grounds maintenance issues (such as dead tree removal) as necessary. Heads up annual spring cleanup each May.
