First-ever Summer Kick-off Neighborhood BBQ!
Your Social Committee has introduced a brand new event -- a Summer Kick-off Neighborhood BBQ! Please join us on Sat, June 9th, at Keystone Park (on Timberline). The festivities start at 4pm. Here's the current plan:
SWSA will provide burgers, hot dogs, fixin's, and paper goods. Each family should bring a dish to share, your favorite beverages, and chairs &/or picnic blankets.
To be sure we have enough supplies, we need you to RSVP with the following information:
(1) Number attending, specifying if each will want a burger or hot dog (unless you decide to bring your own meat course)
(2) Would you be interested in us purchasing a keg of beer?
(3) Would you be willing to make a contribution toward a keg?
If you can bring a table or a grill, that will be a tremendous help! Please contact Annella Baker at 248-420-8081 or annella.baker@nobelautomotive.com to let her know what you can bring.
Finally, we are looking for a volleyball net. If you have one and would be willing to set it up in Keystone for the party, please let Annella know.
